HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40677 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in issuing impugned proceedings vide L.Dis.No.564/2017-A, dated 03.01.2018, rejecting the application of the petitioner to correct the Adangals and Pahanies, and also in directing the petitioner to approach the A.P.Endowments Tribunal, on the ground that it is shown as Endowments land in RSR, in so far as the petitioners land to an extent of Ac.2.39 cents in D.No.667/3 and another extent of Acs.01-10.5 cents of Turkapalem Gram Panchayt, Nallapadu, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court allowed WP.No.40426/2018, dated 14.11.2018 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the impugned order is set aside. The 5th respondent is directed to reconsider the same. It is open for the petitioner to place all relevant material before the 5th respondent and the 5th respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as 2nd respondent department.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
