HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 3 5 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Tiryani Police Station, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District, dated 09.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioners are not required in connection with any cases that are pending with Tiryani Police Station till the date. The unofficial respondents 4 and 5 have also of the given any complaint against the petitioner as of now. Hence, question of calling the petitioners to the Police Station or interfering with the affairs between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein does not arise. The Tiryani Police are not interfering in civil disputes as alleged by the petitioners.

The allegation that the Police are not allowing the petitioners to enter into the lands in Sy.No.54 to an extent of Ac.4.13 gts., situated at Duggapur village, Tiryani Mandal, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District, is not correct and hereby denied. It is false to state that the Police are interfering into the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. It is denied that if the petitioners enter into the said lands, they will be implicated in false criminal cases. It is submitted that the allegations made in the affidavit against the Triyani Police are false, baseless and concocted. There is no iota of truth in the said allegations.

The said allegation has been made only for the purpose of the Writ Petition. It is submitted that the Police are also not trying to evict the petitioners from the subject land as alleged in the affidavit."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Tiryani Police Station, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District, dated 09.11.2018, with a further direction to the respondentPolice authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
