Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner, who is an employee of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited and is suffering from some ailments, had requested through representation dt.06-04-2018 addressed to 3rd respondent to refer him to the Corporate Medical Board, and that no action has been taken by 3rd respondent on the said representation.

Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
