The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.321 of 2017 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, which is outcome of crime No.99 of 2017 of LB Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354A(1)(i)(ii) IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act 2012 by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.321 of 2017 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
