Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition was referred to the Lok Adalath organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and that an award has been passed on 23-12-2018 by the Chairman and Members of the High Court Legal Services Committee and that the Writ Petition be disposed of in terms of the said award.

This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Award dt.23-12-2018 passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
