Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Singareni Collieries Company Limited (S.C.C.L.), for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made a representation on 10.09.2018 to 1st respondent seeking reference to the Corporate Medical Board, but the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, counsel appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
