THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45226 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Mudigonda Police Station, Khammam District in not registering a crime against respondent Nos.4 to 6 pursuant to the complaint, dated 11.02.2016, lodged by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, respondent No.3 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein, he stated that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, Crime No.2 of 2017 was registered by him for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 448, 427 and 506 IPC.

In view of registration of the above crime, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
