The present Revision is filed seeking to set aside the order dated, 23.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.No. ll7 of 2O18 in M.C.No.396 of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, at L B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District (for short, "the trial Court") u'herein and whereby the learned Judge of trial Court has directed the petitioner herein to deposit an amount of Rs.7,0OO/- per month as interim maintenance to unofficial respondent Nos. I and 2' 2.
Heard Mr. Yizaralh Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1-State. There is no representation I I on either side.

As per the grounds raised in the Revision, the petitioner contended that the trial Court, with considering the evidence available on record, erroneously passed the impugned order and seeks to set aside the impugned order.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor contended that this Court vide order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.R'C (SR) No'3198 of 2022 held that as against an interlocutory order, a Revision
under Section 397 o[ Criminal Procedure Code is not maintainable. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Revision 5.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Criminal Revision Case at this stage, as the proceedings hereunder are covered by the order dated27.O4.2022 in Crl.R.C (SR) No.3l98 of 2022 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Needless to mention, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.
