HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45003 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from ailments and therefore, his presence before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

In view of the above submission, the presence of petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when his presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a Counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
