Heard counsel for petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners had applied for survey and subdivision on 20.04.2016 to the 5th respondent and contend that the 5th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 5th respondent will ensure that the survey is done within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to ensure that the survey as sought by the petitioners is done, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
