Heard both sides.

The learned I Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hastinapuram, is directed, by virtue of this order, to release the petitioner by obtaining bond as contemplated by Section 88/89 Cr.P.C., for his future personal appearance and proceed with the matter unless there is a stay in force from any Court of law, that too by producing an order of stay or filing affidavit of stay in force if at all to take cognizance. 3.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.165 of 2017 on the file of the I Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hastinapuram. The bail bonds of the petitioner/accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
