Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application dt.21.08.2017 to respondent nos.3 and 4 to cause a survey of his land in Raghavapuram Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District, and that respondent nos.3 and 4 have not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the respondent nos.3 and 4 will conduct survey as sought by the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after giving notice to all the affected parties, and communicate the report to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to conduct survey as sought by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after giving notice to all the affected parties, and communicate the report to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
