THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37505 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has preferred a Revision under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 4th respondent in the year 2016 in respect of the subject land aggrieved by the cancellation of pattadar pass book and title deed obtained by petitioner's younger brother, and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon. 3.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the Revision, after hearing the petitioner and the affected party, within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and communicate his decision to petitioner. No costs.
5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
