SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 29037 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition, challenging the order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, refusing to interfere with an order of transfer. 2.

Heard Mr. Gururaj Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The order of transfer shows that on complaints, the petitioner has been transferred. Such an order of transfer is actually contrary to law and there is no doubt about it. But, there are two reasons as to why we do not wish to interfere with the order of transfer. The first is that the petitioner is due to retire in a period of 2 years and to allow him to continue in the place where he has had problems with his seniors, may be detrimental to his own interest. The second is that the complaints, on the basis of which he was transferred, appear to be his incompatibility with his superiors. In cases of this nature, it will be in the interest of the employee himself to move out of the place, so that the rest of the tenure and retirement can be peacefully had. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
