After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh after taking proper instructions from the petitioner as regarding the other cases registered against him.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
