Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had applied through mee seva on 26.08.2017 for survey and demarcation of the lands claimed by him, and that respondent nos.4 to 6 have not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that respondent nos.4 to 6 will cause a survey as per petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after giving notice to affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.4 to 6 to cause a survey as per petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after giving notice to affected parties. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
