THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1045 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in Crime No.303 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
