HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.468 OF 2016 IN RCC.No.2 OF 1995 ORDER:

The Official Liquidator filed the instant application under Section 462 of the Companies Act,1956 read with Rules 9, 302 and 309 of the Companies (Court) Rules,1959 to take the audit report dated 11.03.2016 for the period 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 of M/s.P.S.N.Ravi Shanker & Associates Chartered Accountants on the Estate and Establishment Fund and Company paid Staff Terminal Benefit Fund Account on record. I have perused the summary of audit report dated 11.03.2016. The auditors have not pointed out any objection either on income or expenditure incurred by the Official Liquidator under the two accounts referred to above. The prayer is accepted and the audit report is taken on file. The Official Liquidator is permitted to pay audit fee of Rs.35,000/-and service tax of Rs.5,075/- from the Estate and Establishment Fund Account to the Auditor.

Application is accordingly ordered.
