This criminal Revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 31.12.2015 passed in M.C.No.228 of 2011 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad by directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.7500/- to the first respondent and Rs.6000/- each per month to respondent Nos.2 and 3 towards their monthly maintenance from the date of petition. 2.

Sri B.Madhusudan Rao, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the matter is settled out of the Court and the parties are living together. Hence, the petition may be dismissed. 3.

Duly recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
