THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.297 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner states that, subsequent to filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself was decreed on 19.02.2016; and the petitioner intends to prefer an appeal thereagainst. He would submit that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
