The case of the petitioner is that land admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents in sy.No.165/3 of Kothavalasa village fields, Kothavalasa Mandal, Vijayanagaram District was assigned in favour of grand mother of petitioner by name Paladugu Tripuramba in the year 1975 and after her demise the said land was devolved on the petitioner and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. That the petitioner made application No.11801311415 on 08-09-2018 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for mutation of revenue records and for issuance of E-passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within

a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
