HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.6681 of 2018 Order:

Aggrieved by a limited visitation rights granted to the mother of two minor children for having the company of the children just for three hours on every Sunday, the father has come up with the above revision.

2. Heard Mr. Manik Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. As a matter of fact, the mother should have come up with the revision, for having deprived of the prayer that she made. A limited visitation rights granted to the mother and that too for three hours in a week, cannot be objected to on the ground that the children are not willing to go. The petitioner as a father owes a duty to convince the children to have the company of the mother for three hours. Therefore, the revision is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
