2017-10-30M.S.Ramachandra Rao2 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36050 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that they had preferred revision to the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.15.04.2017 of the 3rd respondent along with a stay application and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said petition, till date.

2.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said revision within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

3.

Since the petitioners would be seriously prejudiced, if no interim orders are passed pending revision, there shall be stay of implementation of the order passed by the 3rd respondent on 15.04.2017 pending disposal of the revision by the 2nd respondent under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, and the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said revision within a period of two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
