THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11294 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1046 of 2015 on the file of XV Metropolitan Court, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District.

During hearing, Sri A.P.Venu Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to issue a direction, without touching any merits, to the trial Court to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to dispose of the C.C.No.1046 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
