It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the question, which falls for consideration in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.16274 of 2017 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Land Revenue. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of Writ Petition No. 16274 of 2017 and batch, dt. 14.07.2017. The Registry is directed to append the Order Dt. 14.07.2017 in Writ Petition No. 16274 of 2017 and batch to this Order.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
