This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5, for grant of bail in Crime No.34 of 2017 of Women Police Station, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 452, 323, 427 and 506 read with 149 of IPC and 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 did not move any application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before the Court of Session concerned. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 are at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
