Petitioner's grievance is that she presented documents for registering the sale deed in respect of the subject property before the 3rd respondent, but the 3rd respondent is not entertaining the same without assigning any reason. 2.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will receive the documents presented by the petitioner and consider the same for registration in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and if he is not willing to register the same, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive the documents presented by the petitioner and consider the same for registration in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and in case he does not wish to register the same, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of submission

of the documents by the petitioner and communicate it to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
