Counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to prefer appeal under Section 4A of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 to the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional officer against the impugned order.
