Heard counsel for petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioners'
grievance is that representation dt.24.04.2015 made by them to the District Collector, Visakhapatnam(2nd respondent) for deletion of an extent of Ac.0.801⁄2 cents in survey No.223/2(part) of Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam from the list prepared under Section 22-A of the Registration Act,1908 and furnish to the District Registrar, Visakhapatnam has not been disposed by the 2nd respondent till date.

Counsel for petitioners contends that the petitioners had succeeded in the litigation initiated against the State Government under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 up to the Director of Settlements, and that ignoring the same, respondents have included the above land in the list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and thereby caused grave prejudice to the petitioners.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the
petitioners' representation dt.24.04.2015 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 5.
In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.24.04.2015 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
