HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17074 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/A.2 seeks direction thereby to grant anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest, in connection with Crime No.168 of 2015 of Midjil Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 504 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioner in the present case, custodial interrogation is required. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
