THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11912 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.592 of 2018 of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 did not move any application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before the Court of Sessions concerned. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
