The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant, are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.758 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.340 of 2014 of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 325 r/w 34 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.758 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
