HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2195 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard Mr. Maheswara Rao Kuncheam and Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The contempt case is filed complaining disobedience of the orders dated 19.07.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No. 23828 of 2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader draws the attention of the Court to the counter affidavit of the sole respondent and also one of the annexures filed along with counter affidavit to show that the stay petition was disposed of on 25.09.2017 and stay was also granted. 3.

In view of the orders dated 25.09.2017 and the explanation given by the respondent, this Court is of the view that the Contempt Case need not be proceeded with.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
