THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.35767 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioners' grievance is that the respondents are interfering with the structures erected by them in house sites granted to them under various pattas in R.S.No.40/1A1A1A of Vidhyadhapuram Village of Vijayawada Urban and Mandal, Krishna District, in the year 2002 and seek a direction to the respondents not to interfere with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said properties without following due process of law.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the respondents will not interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property, which are granted to them by way of pattas by the State.

The said statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject land, without following due process of law. No costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
