Petitioners contend that they had sought survey through applications dt.11.08.2016 and 28.06.2017 to the 4th respondent for demarcation of the land claimed by them and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will conduct survey as sought by the petitioners, after giving notice to all the affected parties, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners 3.
In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioners, after giving notice to all the affected parties, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.
