Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents has placed on record Memo No.24608/Ser.II(2)/ 2012-5 dt.23.06.2015 rejecting petitioner's request for compassionate appointment on the death of his father as AVRO. Copy of the same is handed over to the counsel for petitioner today by the Government Pleader for Services-II. 3.

Since the order of the Tribunal dt.08.12.2014 in O.A.No.6996 of 2014 has only directed consideration of the petitioner's request for compassionate appointment, and same has thus been considered by the respondents, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this Writ Petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
