Heard Sri M.V.Venu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and the learned Government Pleader for Respondent No.5.

The case of the petitioner is that he made representations on 12.06.2017 and 27.07.2017 to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in respect of his grievance and the same is not being considered, he filed the present petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Respondent No.5 while producing written instructions stated that whenever they receive petitions, they are taking necessary steps and the Fisheries Development Officer, Darsi, issued instructions to the Society President to allow the cattle into the Somepalli(Vipparla) Tank.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dt.12.06.2017 and 27.07.2017 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
