Petitioner claims that his forefathers purchased the property vide registered sale deed dated 26.10.1934. Thereafter he succeeded to the said property to an extent of Ac.1-00 in R.S.No.6, Singanamuppavaram Village, Chagallu Mandal, West Godavari District and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the said property. Petitioner submitted an application for mutation and Title Deed-cum-E-pass book through A.P. Online on 03.07.2017. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The receipt issued by the A.P.Online is enclosed as Ex.P.1 to the material papers.

If what is contended by the petitioner is true and the said application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Chagallu Mandal, West Godavari District, is directed to process the same and take appropriate decision, by following the due procedure and communicate the decision to the petitioner by assigning reasons in support of the same. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
