Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is the case of the petitioners that the 3rd respondent conducted an enquiry and passed an Award in file No.05/2016 in his proceedings in Rc.No.D1-LA/796/2015. Thereafter, not satisfied with the market value fixed by the 3rd respondent, petitioners made application to the respondents 2 and 3 on 10.10.2016. As no orders are passed on the same, legal notice dated 05.07.2017 was issued and inspite of the same, the matter is not referred under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make one more application in addition to the application dated 10.10.2016 and on such application, the respondents are directed to consider the applications and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
