Petitioner claims that he owns land to an extent of Ac.2-32 cents in Sy.No.820/5 and Ac.2-07 cents in Sy.No.823/2 of Papinenipalli Village, Ardhaveedu Mandal, Prakasam District. Petitioner applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Several applications were made and the latest application was dated 30.06.2017 filed as Ex.P.1. Alleging inaction on the said applications this writ petition is filed.

In view of the submissions made and as seen from the document enclosed at page no.12, as the application in Form-6(A) is pending, the Tahsildar (4th respondent) is directed to consider the claim of petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and to issue pattedar pass book and title deed concerning subject property, if petitioner is otherwise entitled, after following due procedure as required. The entire exercise shall be completed and decision thereon be communicated to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
