Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that they had given a representation on 11.09.2017 to the 4th respondent for conduct of survey and fixation of boundaries for the land claimed by them and that the said representation has not been acted upon by the 4th respondent.

3. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioners request and take appropriate action within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners'

representation dt. 11.09.2017 and take appropriate action in that regard within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners.
