Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.11-08-2017 in W.P.No.26865 of 2017 and order dt.12-12-2012 in W.P.No.34689 of 2012. For the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the 6th respondent is directed to receive and register documents, if any, presented by petitioners subject to compliance with Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, unless there is an order of injunction against alienation of the properties in question by a Court of competent jurisdiction. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
