THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.35354 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard.

2.

Petitioners claim that the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess them and interfere with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of property admeasuring 266.2 sq. yards of open plot each in R.S.No.307/2 adjacent to D.No.1-1/90 and vacant site of 581 sq. yards with building in R.S.No.307/2 with D.Nos.9-89 and 9-90 of Gundlavalli Village, Nakarikal Mandal, Guntur District.

3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue furnished instructions. According to the instructions, it appears, there is a serious dispute between the petitioners and the Gram Panchayat. The Tahsildar asserts that revenue authorities are no way concerned with the dispute and they are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. 4.

The instructions furnished by the Tahsildar would clearly disclose that only on the apprehension of alleged interference by the revenue authorities, without any basis and justification, the petitioners filed this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed in limine.

5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
