CVNR,J & TA, J Date:15.11.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce petitioner's father by name Yerravarapu Venkata Rama Varaprasad S/o.Late Veeranna before this Hon'ble Court who is illegally confined by respondents and their subordinates for their own personal vendetta and the same is violation of Article 21 of the Constitution".

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General for the State of A.P., submitted that Yerravarapu Venkata Rama Varaprasad S/o.Late Veeranna (for short 'the alleged detenu') who is accused in Crime No.128 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 120B, 406, 407 and 470 IPC r/w. Section 25 (1) (a) of the Arms Act of respondent No.4 police station, was arrested on 09.11.2018 and produced before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Allavaram, who remanded him to judicial custody and that as on today, the alleged detenu is in judicial custody. 3.

Mr.J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission.
