Petitioners claim to be the daughters of Sri Bodisetty Pedda Husainappa. Their father owned land to an extent of Ac.1-20 cents in Sy.No.186 and Ac.10-40 cents in Sy.No.186/1 of Mulasagaram Village, Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District. After the demise of their father, they succeeded to the said property and have submitted an application for mutation of their names in the revenue records, for issuance of pattedar pass books, title deeds and E-Pass book. The said application was made through A.P. online on 15.07.2017 and the same is pending consideration.

The receipt dated 15.07.2017 issued by the A.P.Online is enclosed as Ex.P.1 to the material papers.

If what is contended by the petitioners is true and the said application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Nandyal, Kurnool District, is directed to process the same and take appropriate decision, by following the due procedure and communicate the decision to the petitioners by assigning reasons in support of the same. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
