This petition is filed under Section 21-A of Hindu Marriage Act seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.355 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Repalle, Guntur District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
