ORDER: This appeal coming on for hearing and upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the Award and Decree of the Tribunal and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of sri K. Venumadhav, Advocate, for the Appellants and of Sri K. Ajay Kumar, Advocate, for the Respondents No. 2. The Court doth Order and Decree as follows:

1 . That this Appeal be and hereby Allowed That the compensation awarded by the Tribunal be and is here-by enhanced from Rs. 6,49,000/- to Rs. 12,28,000/- with interest on entire compensation amount at the rate of 7.5 percent per annum from the date of petition till the date of realization.

3. That the time to deposit the compensation amount is one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.

4. That the appellants be and are here-by entifled to withdraw the amounts as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.

5. That the appellants shall pay the deficit Court fee on the enhanced compensation.
