B. Tarun v. The State Of Telangana

2016-12-23Raja Elango2 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45060 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner existing with 6th respondent and not to threaten him by calling him to the police station.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that without there being any complaint, the 5th respondent at the influence of 6th respondent herein is harassing the petitioner calling him to the police station and threatening him to implicate in false case. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the 5th respondent is not intending to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner.

Considering the circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner and not to harass by calling him to the police station without there being registration of any crime. However, this order will not stand in the way of the 5th respondent to register a case, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner disclosing cognizable offence. No costs.
