ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondents in terminating the service of the petitioner orally is illegally, arbitrary and unjust and contrary to the memo issued by the 1st respondent dated 10-10-2016 and also memo dated 25-11-2017 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service and pass such further other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Lab Attender in the 4th respondent on 21.10.2016 through an outsourcing agency and he has been discharging his duties as such. While so, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties from 14.08.2018. Though the petitioner is requesting the respondents to re-engage him on outsourcing basis, they are not considering his case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties as Lab Attender on outsourcing basis.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
