HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1558 OF 2018 JUDGMENT (ORAL): (Per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) Additional writ petitioner Nos.3 to 10 in the writ petition are before us in this writ appeal challenging what was virtually a consent order as between petitioners and respondents including the official respondents. However, it is attempted to be pointed out on behalf of the appellants that no concession was made on their behalf. That is not an issue which has to be deliberated in an appeal or to be carried to the appellate jurisdiction, since it is a matter where the learned single Judge has recorded what apparently had transpired in the Court. If there is an error in recording what transpired in the Court, it is for the person aggrieved to seek review of the order, if permissible in accordance with the law and on facts.

2. With such liberty, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Writ Appeal stand closed.
